He has spent 20 years in large MNC organizations like American Express, Wipro and most recently in Citi for 14 years donning the hat of country-level responsibilities. He has soaked himself amidst MSME businesses helping them across a diverse set of issues around Finance, Banking & Wealth. Driven by an unwavering optimism, he goes above and beyond to ensure his clients receive nothing short of the best in every aspect.

Vidhyashankar Sriram

Vidhya is a financial polyglot. Fortunate to have had exposure from selling Forex in industrial towns to leading the analytics effort of Citi across 17 markets, he cherishes the diversity of roles he has done in Citi for 15 years. From applying AI in banks to auditing SMEs for FEMA regulations, he believes any piece of work is a combination of patience& confidence. He brings in a strong ‘bias for action’ and believes that 80% of any job can get automated.

Geeta is known for her positive attitude, stakeholder management, and analytical prowess.

Blessed with an entrepreneurial streak, he always wanted to be a master of his destiny despite holding senior roles in organizations like Pricol Castings & Pure Chemicals. His practical approach keeps the entire team grounded handling the CEO to accountants with empathy.
